How do the clothes fit?

The hoodie is unisex and runs a little small, so size up for a relaxed fit. The cropped hoodie is a women’s fit, sizes S-2XL. The beanie is one-size-fits-most. Each product page notes the fit.

When will my order ship?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking to your email. US delivery is typically 3–7 business days after that.

What does shipping cost?

Real carrier rates, calculated at checkout based on your address. Mugs and beanies are light; hoodies and backpacks cost more to move. We never mark shipping up.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Tell us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you, free. No return shipping needed. Because every piece is made to order, we can’t do size swaps on correctly made items, so double-check the size notes before ordering. Questions first? Write to us and we’ll help you pick.

How do I wash it?

Cold water, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low, and don’t iron directly on the print. Treat it right and the fire and flower stay bright for years.
